Bookkeeper with Windle Design & Construction

Windle Design & Construction is growing, and we’re building a strong administrative backbone. We’re looking for a hands-on Bookkeeper who thrives in construction operations, loves structure, and can bring clarity and efficiency to daily workflows. You’ll actively support operations, manage financial systems, and help shape our growing team.

What You’ll Get

Responsibilities
– Maintain accurate books, AR/AP, and QuickBooks records.
– Support tax compliance, job costing, and reporting.
– Build, document, and implement SOPs to streamline workflows.
– Manage vendors, subcontractors, and internal processes.
– Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
– Support HR, onboarding, and daily operations for growth.

Qualifications
– 5 to 7+ years admin or bookkeeping experience, ideally in construction.
– Proficient in QuickBooks Online and operational finance processes.
– Knowledge of construction workflows and terminology.
– Organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
– Comfortable collaborating across all levels, including vendors.
– Hands-on mindset: high-level planning and daily execution.

Compensation
$70,000–$80,000 base salary
