Responsibilities

  • Guide sellers through the listing process from start to offer
  • Coordinate staging, vendors, photography, and open houses
  • Create and manage MLS listings and marketing content
  • Deliver consistent, high-level client communication
  • Maintain CRM, databases, and internal systems
  • Ensure smooth handoff to Transaction Manager

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer service or project coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
  • Positive, proactive, client-first mindset
  • Real estate license or willingness to obtain one

Compensation

$52,000–$62,000 base salary
