We’re looking for a Client Coordinator who can be the trusted point of contact for our clients and help them navigate the complicated insurance application process with clarity and confidence.
As a Client Coordinator at PearsonRavitz, you will be the first and most consistent contact for our clients during the onboarding and pre-underwriting. You’ll guide them through each step, ensure their records are accurate and compliant, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting people while improving processes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000

Responsibilities
- Facilitate client onboarding by collecting and reviewing information and identifying appropriate next steps
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-underwriting and underwriting process
- Maintain clear, timely communication regarding application status
- Ensure all client records comply with HIPAA and internal privacy guidelines
- Assist clients with paperwork, exam scheduling, and reminders to keep the process on track
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and external databases
- Collaborate with all internal teams to address challenges on case files
- Appropriately manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- Monitor your own performance, identify process improvements, and share insights with the team
- MUST BE LOCAL TO THE PHILADELPHIA AREA: ONE DAY IN THE OFFICE REQUIRED A MONTH
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
- Comfortable working with sensitive personal information and adhering to compliance guidelines
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or willingness to learn
