Keller Williams Main Line is hiring a Content & Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital visibility and brand expansion across platforms. This is a hands-on role for a sharp executor who turns strategy into high-performing content.

You will own content production, fuel audience growth, and strengthen our digital presence across social, web, and email.

Responsibilities

  • Lead social, video, and content execution across platforms
  • Produce and edit high-impact short- and long-form video
  • Manage content calendar, campaigns, and brand consistency
  • Support agent marketing, recruiting content, and events
  • Optimize website, email, and lead capture funnels
  • Track performance metrics and improve growth results

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years in content, digital, or growth marketing
  • Strong video filming and editing skills
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
  • Solid grasp of social trends, SEO, and email marketing
  • Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter who executes with minimal oversight

Portfolio Requirement

  • Social media portfolio (live links to reels and other accounts)
  • Graphic design samples (branding, Canva/Adobe work)

Compensation

$55,000–$60,000 base salary
