The Mission

  • As our Director of Operations, you will take ownership of everything that happens behind the scenes and make it world-class.
  • You see inefficiencies before others feel them.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
  • Bonus potential
  • Paid time off

Responsibilities

Build & Optimize Systems

  • Design, implement, and manage systems for buyers, sellers, and transactions
  • Oversee contracts from executed agreement to closing
  • Create and maintain a detailed Operations Manual
  • Ensure marketing coordination and execution stay seamless
  • Own database integrity, lead tracking, and back-office systems
  • Track weekly goals, metrics, and performance dashboards

Financial & Business Operations

  • Manage books, bill pay, payroll coordination, and commission collection
  • Support budgeting and financial reporting
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Improve profitability through smarter processes

Lead People & Execution

  • Supervise and support administrative, marketing, and virtual team members
  • Build onboarding systems for staff and agents
  • Coordinate trainings, travel, and vendor relationships
  • Protect and elevate company culture

Be the Operational Gatekeeper

  • Act as the key partner to the owner
  • Communicate clearly and proactively
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and vendors
  • Ensure consistency at every operational touchpoint

  • Prior administrative, operations, or leadership experience in an office or business setting
  • Real estate experience strongly preferred
  • Real estate license a plus, but not required

$65,000 – $75,000
