Executive Assistant with Immaculate Custom Cleaning

Immaculate is seeking an Executive Assistant to elevate our day-to-day operations for a 15-person cleaning team serving multiple territories. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure, optimizing workflows, and leading people with clarity and accountability.

You will keep daily operations running smoothly—managing schedules, maintaining quality, and supporting the team. From staffing to system development, you’ll play a key role in Immaculate’s growth and future expansion.

Compensation:

  • $50,000-$55,000 (base salary)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support daily cleaning operations for 350–400 monthly properties
  • Provide structure, accountability, and communication to field teams and company leadership
  • Master and maintain routing, scheduling, staffing, quality control, and client coordination
  • Continuously improve internal systems, checklists, workflows, compliance documentation, and communication channels
  • Conduct field support follow-ups as needed (quality checks, training, onboarding, supplies)
  • Maintain positive team culture and uphold our standards of integrity and excellence
  • Anticipate obstacles and present solutions, not just challenges
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining talent as the company grows
  • Support scalability initiatives, including franchise model development and system replication
  • Track metrics: volume of homes serviced, quality scores, labor allocation, routing efficiency, and profitability markers
  • Lead with practicality and humility in a hands-on, service-centric industry

Qualifications

  • Adaptable and able to shift priorities in a fast-paced, small-business setting
  • Growth-minded problem solver who proactively offers 2–3 solutions when presenting issues
  • Responsible, communicative, trustworthy, and self-driven
  • Comfortable leading and supporting a team in a service labor environment
  • Not easily overwhelmed—calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, operationally disciplined, and efficient
  • Experience managing teams of 10–20 employees
  • Familiarity with cleaning, home services, dispatch, scheduling, or field operations
  • Background in small-business management, service operations, or logistics
  • Experience scaling or supporting multi-location growth
  • Experience creating SOPs, improving workflows, or assisting in franchise model development
  • Comfortable in hands-on service support when needed

Compensation

$50,000-$55,000 base salary
