Head of Content and Media with The Oceanside Realty Team at KW

The Oceanside Realty Team, Experience Vacations, and PropertyPro Services at Keller Williams are hiring a Head of Content Creation to lead our digital marketing and content strategy. This is a hands-on, in-the-field leadership role for someone who thrives on storytelling, content creation, and driving engagement across social platforms.

You’ll own the vision and execution of all content, capturing, editing, publishing, and directing work that showcases our listings, agents, lifestyle, and local expertise. Your leadership will ensure our brand is consistent, creative, and positioned as a trusted authority in the market.

Compensation

  • Salary: $60,000–$65,000 (flexible for exceptional talent)

Responsibilities

Content Leadership

  • Lead the content strategy across all platforms.
  • Direct and mentor agents and team members during content creation.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute content campaigns to maximize engagement.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Capture high-quality video and digital content in the field.
  • Film short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
  • Edit, caption, and publish content consistently.
  • Organize content libraries and workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Strategy & Growth

  • Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Track performance and recommend improvements for content and campaigns.
  • Support marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Strong video filming, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
  • Confident leader and communicator, comfortable directing others.
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation
$60,000-$65,000 (flexible)
