Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

• Execute marketing campaigns with a focus on video and digital content.
• Support brand consistency across all platforms.
• Assist with marketing for listings, agents, and company projects.
• Manage timelines and content schedules.

Video & Digital

• Support video content for social and digital platforms.
• Organize, post, and optimize content.
• Track performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay current on content and video trends.

Coordination

• Manage content calendars and assets.
• Work with agents and leadership on content needs.
• Ensure all materials are accurate and on-brand.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in marketing, content, or video-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of digital and social platforms.
• Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Real estate experience is a plus, not required.

Compensation

$70,000–$80,000 base salary
