Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Lead technology training for real estate agents, ensuring confident adoption of company tools, CRM systems, marketing platforms, and productivity software.
- Oversee agent onboarding and membership processes, including account setup, system access, compliance documentation, and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain streamlined operational systems and workflows that improve efficiency, organization, and team productivity.
- Provide responsive, solution‑oriented technical and administrative support, delivering a high‑touch, client‑service experience to agents and staff.
- Partner with leadership to identify process improvements and growth opportunities, with the ability to take on expanded responsibilities as the organization scales.
- Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication.
Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of office or customer service experience.
- Passionate about helping people and solving problems.
- Tech‑savvy (Google Workspace & Microsoft Office experience a plus).
- Thorough organizational skills and follow‑through.
- Works well in a fast‑paced, team‑first environment.
- Brings positive energy and a “let’s figure it out” mindset.
