The Paralegal will play a key role in advancing cases from intake through resolution while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and consistent communication.

Responsibilities
- Draft and file pleadings in foreclosure, and bankruptcy matters
- Manage case files from intake through final resolution
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court procedures
- Communicate with courts, trustees, clients, and opposing counsel
- Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation
- Monitor case progress, payments, and judgments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of paralegal experience preferred
- Experience in foreclosures or bankruptcy strongly preferred
- Proficiency with state and federal e-filing systems
- Strong written communication skills and document accuracy
- Organized with the ability to manage high-volume caseloads
- Self-directed and effective in a fully remote setting
