Keller Williams Prosperity is seeking an Real Estate Recruiter to drive production growth, retention, and profitability across our Market Center and three satellite offices. This is a strategic leadership role focused on performance coaching, business expansion, and operational excellence.

You will partner directly with the Team Leader to strengthen the middle of the roster, elevate satellite performance, and build systems that fuel long-term, measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Coach mid-level agents to increase production and retention
• Lead growth and profitability across three satellite offices
• Execute strategic onboarding for experienced agents
• Drive recruiting, talent identification, and career visioning
• Own growth events and performance initiatives
• Track metrics, retention, production, and profitability

Qualifications

• Proven leader in sales, performance, and growth
• Strong coach who leads with accountability and data
• Operationally disciplined with high CRM proficiency
• Strategic thinker who executes with urgency
• Confident communicator and meeting leader
• Keller Williams experience preferred, not required

Compensation

On Target Earnings: $100,000+ (based on performance)
