Our 5 Step Recruiting Process
- STEP 1- Resume sorting
- STEP 2- Video screening, where we perform our knock-out questions to deem alignment
- STEP 3- Video interviews with our top candidates
- STEP 4- In-person interviews with our top 3 candidates for an assessment validation and life story/motivational interviews. We allow a maximum of 5 in-person interviews unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You will receive 3 business days to respond to us, or your contract will be null and void. Talent does not stick around, so we have to move quickly.
- STEP 5- We will then check references and attempt to go “three deep,” meaning we will ask to speak with more people who know the candidate.
- OFFER STAGE- The client is responsible for making the verbal/written offer to the applicant of choice. Ciprani Consulting believes that in order for you to win with this individual, the offer must come from you directly. We will, however, help you write the proposal, give you best practice advice, and help you negotiate if needed.
