As Pikeland Property Group continues to expand, we’re looking for driven and results-oriented Acquisition Specialists to join our team and make a real impact!
As an Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for sellers, engaging with hot inbound and outbound leads. You’ll build relationships, evaluate properties, negotiate contracts, and guide sellers through our proven sales process.
Success in this role requires a strong work ethic and the willingness to put in extra effort beyond standard hours to close deals and maximize earning potential. If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and eager to grow in real estate, this is the opportunity for you!
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $40,000 per year
- Commission: 10% on gross sales
- Earning Potential: Top performers can expect to make $140,000+ per year with strong sales execution!

Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads quickly to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage daily follow-ups and tasks to ensure no lead is left behind.
- Schedule and attend in-person appointments with local sellers, following our sales process.
- Conduct property evaluations using market research and data analysis.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contract terms with sellers.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-up.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or related fields (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple leads.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn—a go-getter attitude is a must!
Compensation
