Who We’re Seeking:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Director to lead and propel the success of our sales team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a proven history of leadership and sales achievements, along with the ability to effectively recruit, train, and ensure accountability among agents. They should be deeply passionate about helping individuals reach their objectives and possess the requisite knowledge and skills to guide agents through coaching, negotiation, and contract matters.

This individual should have a background in senior leadership roles and derive satisfaction from motivating others to excel. They should exude high levels of energy, possess exceptional communication abilities, and have a knack for instilling confidence and driving action in their team members. By focusing on team expansion and agent performance, the Sales Director will function as a role model and mentor, guaranteeing that the team’s achievements are directly linked to their capacity for growth and exceptional performance.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $80,000
  • Anticipated annual earnings of up to $150,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and Hiring: Proactively recruit and hire sales agents to grow the team and meet quotas. If you don’t enjoy recruiting at a high level, this role is not for you.
  • Agent Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to agents, ensuring they excel in their roles. Answer contract and negotiation questions to help agents succeed.
  • Performance Accountability: Hold agents accountable for sales goals, productivity metrics, and team standards.
  • One-on-One Coaching: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with agents to support their growth and development.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead team sales and business meetings, script practice sessions, and lead generation efforts.
  • Goal Setting: Help agents set and achieve career and sales goals through personalized plans and accountability.
  • Staff Management: Work collaboratively with the team’s administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Team Growth: Focus on the growth and performance of the team, ensuring results are achieved through collective efforts and individual agent success.

Qualifications

  • Extraordinary people skills and leadership abilities.
  • Proven success in recruiting, training, and managing sales professionals.
  • Goal-setting, planning, and accountability expertise.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
  • Real estate experience is strongly preferred, with Keller Williams knowledge being a plus.
  • Experience in motivating and inspiring teams to achieve high performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Compensation

$150,000 Expected Earnings
