High-Level Executive Assistant with Maestas Development Group

An Executive Assistant is needed for a top-ranking real estate team in the TX area. With the help of this individual, the agents are hoping to focus more on selling Real Estate and much less on the back-end/daily administrative tasks. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go above and beyond – just like other members of this team.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy “to-do lists”. The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team.
Compensation:
– Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 DOE
– Paid Time Off (PTO)
– Stipend Benefits Available
– Bonuses – Considered after a 60-day period

Responsibilities
– Manage electronic signature and filing programs.
– Ensure the completeness of documentation for all files.
– Respond to emails and assist with pending/closing questions.
– Coordinate all listing and pending submissions for processing by company administrators.
– Schedule photography sessions and courier services for signage and lock boxes.
– Address team inquiries regarding various platforms, contracts, and MLS procedures.
– Provide proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting support.
– Maintain awareness of deadlines and communicate reminders to the team.
– Facilitate workflows and action plans within the CRM system.
– Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures for team members.
– Assist the Team Lead in managing the day-to-day operations and communications.
– Maintain the culture and customer care systems to ensure business growth and referral collection from past, current, and future clients.
– Manage and improve established systems for seller & buyer transactions, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support.
– The bottom line: you’re responsible for anything and everything that the agent could need to do, and helping them get it done!
Qualifications
2+ years of real estate experience, license a major plus!
– Outstanding organization
– Strong attention to detail
– Tech savvy, up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications, and able to navigate new systems quickly
– Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time
– Effective interpersonal skills, including superior oral and written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Discretion and confidentiality
– Customer service focus
– College degree and social media experience are preferred
Candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse)
– Comfortable handling strong personalities
Compensation
$60,000 – $70,000
