THG Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. The ISA plays a critical role in managing inbound and outbound leads, prospecting potential buyers and sellers, and setting high-quality appointments for our agent team members. This role requires an individual who is personable yet relentless in execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for converting leads into business opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, competitive, tech-savvy, and highly organized.
They must be comfortable spending most of their workday on the phone, actively engaging with leads across multiple new construction, development projects, and resale listings. The ISA will also be responsible for managing cross-functional software systems to ensure our central CRM platform is consistently updated with accurate and timely data.

- Base Salary + Commission ($70,000 – $90,000 on target earnings)

Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Appointment Setting
- Proactively call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads to convert them into qualified appointments for the agent team.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and sellers in a structured, systematic way to ensure high conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM and lead management systems to track all communication, set tasks, and monitor lead progress.
- Aggressively prospect for new business, including multiple types of cold and warm leads.
- Ruthlessly work through objections, refusing to take “no” as a final answer—continuously refining the approach until leads are either converted or fully exhausted.
- Overcome resistance to keep leads engaged in the sales process.
- Maintain a high daily call volume and track performance metrics in regular accountability meetings.
CRM & Database Management
- Ensure all leads are properly categorized and assigned in the CRM, tracking progress through the sales pipeline.
- Manage and update the CRM daily to keep HIGHLY accurate lead records, notes, and activity logs.
- Identify patterns in lead behavior to help refine follow-up strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
Sales Execution & Follow-Up
- Consistently follow scripts and dialogues to communicate our team’s value proposition effectively.
- Qualify leads by accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to the assigned agents.
- Maintain rigorous follow-up schedules to ensure no lead is left behind.
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to leadership, demonstrating key performance insights.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Competitive, driven, and relentless—must thrive in a high-performance, results-oriented environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills—must be personable yet persuasive.
- Proven track record in sales or lead conversion (minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred).
- Idaho real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Brivity, Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, or similar).
- Highly coachable and learning-based mindset—open to feedback and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling various lead sources.
- Organized and detail-oriented—able to manage a high volume of leads while maintaining accuracy.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools for lead tracking and communication.
- Resilient and confident on the phone—comfortable with rejection and skilled at overcoming objections.
Compensation
$70,000 – $90,000 OTE
