As a Litigation Attorney at Roybal-Mack & Cordova, P.C., you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading high-stakes litigation cases. Your expertise will guide clients through intricate legal landscapes, particularly in areas such as mass torts, environmental law, and class actions. Collaborating closely with our legal team, you will ensure that clients receive exceptional representation and that justice is served.

Compensation

• Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000
• Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision
• Paid time off and holiday schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies for diverse case types
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to build strong cases
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's knowledge base
• Stay abreast of legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must have experience with 10 Jury Trials and 25 Bench Trials
• Minimum of 15 years of litigation experience, with a focus on general litigation, mass torts, environmental law, or class actions
• Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction; willingness to obtain New Mexico licensure or practice under appropriate provisions
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters and lead litigation teams
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Cultural competence and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly within New Mexico's unique cultural landscape
