Magnetic, a top-performing, boutique luxury real estate firm based in New York City, is seeking a Marketing Specialist who thrives in both strategy and execution. We’re looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves, own the marketing process from idea to implementation, and bring creative vision to life across multiple platforms.
If you’re a high-energy, positive, driven, and detail-oriented marketing professional who loves being in the trenches and seeing your efforts directly impact results, we want to meet you. This role is ideal for someone who’s not only comfortable crafting and leading campaigns but who is also eager to create, design, write, and analyze – all with a hands-on approach. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and CEO, and will have an instrumental role in launching a real estate book in the second half of 2025.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000

Responsibilities
You’ll directly report to the Director of Operations and the CEO, and be responsible for owning and executing a full marketing strategy, including (but not limited to):
- Content Creation: Edit video content, coordinate shoots, create graphics, and generate marketing materials for the team and brand.
- Podcast Management: Handle production logistics, source guests, and manage publishing and promotion.
- Social Media: Execute strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter for the team and CEO, including creating content and engaging with the audience.
- Email Marketing: Design and distribute monthly newsletters and other email communications.
- Webinars: Create, design, record, and distribute marketing webinars.
- PR & Book Launch: Collaborate with PR vendors and assist with preparations for the CEO’s upcoming book launch in 2025.
- Website Oversight: Manage blogs, updates, and maintenance for the team and related websites.
- Agent Support: Train team agents on social media use and help them build their personal brands.
- Speaking Engagements: Coordinate logistics for the CEO’s speaking opportunities.
- Reporting: Track performance metrics across all marketing activities and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to both plan and execute marketing initiatives from scratch in real estate or related industries.
- Extensive experience in graphic design, copywriting, and content creation.
- Deep understanding of social media strategy and hands-on platform execution.
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative, self-motivated, and growth-oriented; someone who loves trying new things and bringing big ideas to life.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant design and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for in-person work in Manhattan, Monday through Friday.
