Productivity Coach & Agent Services Coordinator with Lucas Howard Group | KW

Keller Williams Grand Rapids East is looking for an energetic, results-driven Productivity Coach to join our team.

In this role, you’ll focus on boosting the productivity of non-capping agents, helping them set and achieve goals, increase sales, and scale their business. You’ll work with agents across all experience levels, from newcomers to top producers, providing tailored coaching, time management strategies, and workflow optimization. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about coaching and empowering others to succeed.

Compensation:

  • $70,000 OTE
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities

Coaching & Training:

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to help agents set and achieve business goals.
  • Lead group workshops on business growth, goal setting, and best practices.
  • Provide personalized action plans and accountability structures.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist with recruiting new agents, identifying top talent, and integrating them into the Keller Williams culture.
  • Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they understand systems, tools, and expectations.
  • Hold monthly Retention Appointments.

Keller Williams Tools:

  • Help agents leverage KW’s proprietary systems (e.g., Command, KWU) for streamlined business management.
  • Provide guidance on integrating technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Time Management & Accountability:

  • Help agents develop time management strategies to improve daily productivity.
  • Set clear expectations and ensure agents stay accountable to their goals.

Collaboration with Leadership:

  • Align coaching efforts with market center leadership to meet broader business objectives.
  • Contribute to ongoing agent training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous coaching or mentoring experience in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with Keller Williams tools and systems (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and hold agents accountable.
  • Comfort with technology and teaching agents how to use it effectively.
