As our Resware Administrator at FirstSource Title, you will be responsible for the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Resware title and escrow software. You will work closely with our team to ensure the platform is running efficiently and supporting our operational needs. This is a key role that will directly impact workflow automation, document management, and overall business efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging between $80,000 – $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Resware to meet business needs
• Map title premiums, underwriting documents, and rates
• Develop and manage actions, action groups, and action lists
• Set up new clients and ensure proper system integration
• Examine and troubleshoot XML issues
• Design and optimize email and document templates
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and automation
• Provide training and support to staff on Resware functionality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Resware Administrator
• Expertise in mapping title premiums, underwriting documents, and rates
• Strong knowledge of actions, action groups, and action lists
• Experience setting up new clients in Resware
• Ability to examine and fix XML issues
• Proficiency in creating email and document templates
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
