Compensation

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Phone and gas reimbursement
• Rapid growth potential

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire real estate closing process from start to finish, including but not limited to maintaining compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements, and other written instructions.
• Direct processing of files from open to packaging out.
• Create a seamless and enjoyable closing experience for all parties involved.
• Respond to calls and emails from lenders, sellers, buyers, their agents, and other parties daily. Review completed title work and collaborate with our title department to verify clearance items.
• Understand the escrow process to determine what steps need to be taken to transfer the title of property pursuant to the conditions called for in the real estate contract and lender instructions.
• Provide a preliminary CD to the lender.
• Draft documents for closing (other than lender documents). Thoroughly explain closing documents at the closing table.
• Serve as a notary for necessary documents.
• Assist in hiring closing processors and additional staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a title closer in MN
• Must be learning-based and open to collaboration and feedback
• MN Closing Agent license
• Notary license required (MN)
• Ability to read and understand a title commitment
• Ability to read and understand ALTAs and closing statements
• Knowledge and use of Google Workspace
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of Qualia or Softpro is preferred
