We are in search of a skilled and self-motivated Title Processor to join our team!
The role involves handling pre-closing tasks, clearing titles for purchase and sale contracts, preparing settlement statements, collaborating with lenders, and organizing closing documents. The ideal candidate must be able to make independent decisions and have the expertise to efficiently manage any challenges that may arise during the escrow/closing process.
Candidates need to live within the state of Minnesota and have Minnesota title experience to be considered.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 depending on experience
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Phone and gas reimbursement

Responsibilities
- Review and clear title; identify underwriting concerns; prepare the settlement statements
- Work closely with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the closing process, including resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Ensure that all closing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensures that their operation is in compliance with regulatory issues
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the closing process, including preparation of closing documents, and communication with all parties involved in the transaction
- Analyze title commitments and surveys to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the closing process
- Maintains knowledge and seeks out industry developments that affect the title insurance operations
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of residential title and escrow experience performing the title and escrow duties of this position
- Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities
- MN Closing Agent license
- Notary license required (MN)
- Ability to read and understand a title commitment
- Ability to read and understand ALTAs and closing statements
- Proficiency with Qualia is preferred
Compensation
$60,000 – $75,000 yearly
